Breath Regulation Intensive

THE ADVANCED STAGES
LEVEL 7
Talk 1: The Three Treasures - Jing, Qi, and Shen
Talk 2: The Cultivation, Preservation, and Circulation of Generative Energy
Techniques of arousing the fire of the lower dantien for the transmutation of generative energy (jing) into vital energy:
- Cultivating the lower dantien
- Stoking the warrior fire for the transmutation of jing
- Stoking the scholar fire for the storage of jing
Prerequisites: Levels 1 through 5, all four intensives, personal interview, and written permission from the lineage carriers or senior teachers
This level is conducted in retreat format incorporating sleeping qigong and sitting qigong
LEVEL 8
Talk 1: The Cultivation, Preservation, and Circulation of Vital Energy
Talk 2: The Jade and Golden Elixirs
Techniques of the transmutation of vital energy (qi) into spirit energy (shen)
- Cultivating the middle dantien
- Stoking the warrior fire for the transmutation of qi
- Stoking the scholar fire for the storage of qi
Prerequisites: Level 7, personal interview, and written permission from the lineage carriers or senior teachers
This level is conducted in retreat format incorporating sleeping qigong and sitting qigong
LEVEL 9
Talk 1: The Cultivation, Preservation, and Circulation of Spirit Energy
Talk 2: The Microcosmic Orbit
Techniques of the transmutation of spirit energy (shen) to return to the Void
- Cultivating the upper dantien
- Returning to the Void
Prerequisites: Level 8, personal interview, and written permission from the lineage carriers or senior teachers
This level is conducted in retreat format incorporating sleeping qigong and sitting qigong
